SHIPPING

We ship to anywhere in the US. Standard shipping is $12 for all shoe orders, $5 for all bag/accessory orders, and $32 for American Island/Alaska orders. International shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties. We cannot pre-determine customs fees and are not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and or customs fees that are incurred on the package (both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to us. 

Stolen/missing package: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility for the package typically shifts to the customer. If the package is lost or stolen after delivery, the customer would need to contact the carrier to file a claim or investigate the matter further. We will not guarantee automatic re-delivery.

RETURNS

If you’re not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer you store credit or process and exchange for eligible items. At this time, we do not issue refunds for orders.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, free of damage in a 100% re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

To request a refund or exchange of an item:

  1. Email hello@hspstore.co with your order number and the item you would like to return and the reason for the return. 
  2. We will email you a return label for the item. 
  3. Send your return to the provided address in their original packaging.
  4. Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund as a store credit.
